Alana R. Bartley is a partner concentrating her practice primarily in the areas of insurance defense, creditors' rights and collection, real estate, and general civil litigation in state and federal courts. Among the clients she represents is one of the country's leading purchasers and servicers of loans, who hold over $1 billion in loan portfolio investments.

When asked about what clients can expect from her during representation she replies, "I am concerned with getting to a clear understanding regarding what my client has experienced and what he or she hopes to get out of a lawsuit.  Then, it is my job to convey their position in the papers I file and in front of the judge.  I've always loved the adversarial process and getting my client's viewpoint across as supported by the law."  

Alana is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the Women's Bar Association of Orange & Sullivan Counties.  She also serves as a prosecutor for a local municipality in the area of vehicle and traffic law.
