Adam M. Tack began his legal career as a prosecutor for the Ulster County District Attorney's Office. He also acted as the County representative for the Police Chiefs Association, where he was tasked with providing training and guidance to its members relating to the legal aspects of their jobs. He continued his public service in the Bronx District Attorney's Office as a felony Assistant District Attorney.
Of his time in public service, Adam comments, "Being a public servant was a tremendous training ground for me. It built not only my skills as a trial lawyer, but it also taught me about the intricacies of balancing the needs of the local government, law enforcement, and the taxpayers."
Adam will concentrate his practice on civil litigation with an emphasis on municipality defense and commercial litigation.
