Cordisco Speaks At 2009 Annual New York Planning Federation Conference

Dominic Cordisco, a partner with Drake, Loeb, Heller, Kennedy. Gogerty, Gaba & Rodd, was a featured speaker at the 2009 Annual New York Planning Federation Conference held in Lake Placid, New York from September 13-15. Mr. Cordisco presented information concerning State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) Lead Agency disputes. He was also presented a paper on “Evaluating Greenhouse Gas Emissions at the Local Level.” Mr. Cordisco concentrates his practice in land use, environmental and municipal law. He is a past Region Three New York State Department of Environmental Conservation attorney.
