Nicholas Pascale Named Partner of Firm

We are pleased to announce that Nicholas A. Pascale has been elected a partner effective January 1, 2015. His practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation for a variety of individuals, municipalities, and businesses. “Mr. Pascale exemplifies this firm’s commitment to leadership in the community, client service and legal excellence. We are so pleased to welcome him in this new role,” states Partner Adam L. Rodd. Pascale received his law degree from Emory University School of Law and his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Colgate University. He is a past Town Justice with the Town of Marlboro and a member of the Orange County and New York State Bar Associations.
