Fitch Admitted to Practice Before U.S. Tax Court

Drake Loeb PLLC Associate Aaron C. Fitch was recently admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court. Mr. Fitch will continue to actively pursue resolutions for clients experiencing tax issues, including those involved in Internal Revenue Service Audits (IRS) and IRS administrative appeals. Although it is possible for such matters to be settled by mutual agreeement without trial, when litigating a tax controversy is unavoidable or chosen as a strategic alternative, Mr. Fitch is now able to appear before the Court to advocate on behalf of his clients.
