Congratulations to Drake Loeb Partner Tim McElduff on his Election to the Orange County Surrogate's Court
Drake Loeb PLLC is proud to announce that Partner Timothy P. McElduff, Jr. has been elected to the Orange County Surrogate's Court. His swearing in ceremony will take place on January 3, 2020.
McElduff's election is bittersweet for the firm as it means he will be leaving private practice effective December 31. As a long-time Member of Drake Loeb PLLC, he has been an integral part of the firm's success.
A respected member of the Orange County legal community as a partner with Drake Loeb PLLC for more than a decade, practicing in New York and New Jersey state and federal courts for more than 20 years, he has maintained an extensive practice in matters involving estate and trust, collection, and business litigation. As Wawayanda Town Justice for more than 12 years, he has also presided over thousands of criminal and civil matters.
The firm's staff, attorneys, clients, and his fellow Members are saddened to see him go, but wish him success in his new endeavors. McElduff responds, “I will miss the clients and everyone at Drake Loeb. I remain forever grateful for the support they gave me as I pursued my dream of serving on the judiciary.
