Gary J. Gogerty, a partner at the law firm Drake, Loeb, Heller, Kennedy, Gogerty, Gaba & Rodd PLLC, presented before the Hudson Valley Estate Planning Council the topic “Social Security Benefits: Considerations in Estate Planning.” Mr. Gogerty’s practice is mainly concentrated in the areas of social security disability law, real estate and estate planning. The seminar was held on June 19th at the Culinary Institute of America and was open to members and non-members of the Hudson Valley Estate Planning Council.
